However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our service for any reason, you may ask us for a full refund within the space of 3 months after making a payment for our service. Anything longer than 3 months will render this agreement useless.

“Refund Process”

After receiving your refund request, we will check your claim, when you order and process your refunds. Please allow at least 3 days to process your refund from the receipt of your refund request. Refunds may take 3-7 business days, depending on payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

“How We Pay Back Refunds”

Please Note that we only pay back refunds using any of these methods.

  1. Directly into your bank account which you’ll provide when you request for refunds.
  2. Directly into any of these virtual banks; PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo and Zelle. (We’ll cover any extra fees where applicable, you’ll receive the exact amount you paid.
  3. Cheque Mailing; We can mail you a cheque of the exact amount you paid for.

Although you paid using your credit card on our website, we make sure not to disturb stripe services by placing charge backs on our stripe account. You’ll receive the exact amount you paid for using any of the following methods.
